Unemployment has always been one of the greatest evils in our nation, thus hindering its progress. We, at Neenv, believe that steady awareness and skill based development of workforce can be solutions to the problem. Hence, after successfully hosting national competitions, Neenv came up with HR CONCLAVE, wherein we invited imminent speakers to inspire the students with their vast experience in their fields.

HR conclave was  an initiation of a vision to develop competent workforce and help develop a successful nation. With a fantastic line-up of prominent speakers, the HR Conclave efficaciously fulfilled our cell’s mission. We had engaging sessions with the audience

and held speaker talks ranging from employability skills to life skills and mastering one’s field.

Our first speaker, Mr. Brijendra Kumar Dhup, HR DIRECTOR, KPMG, beautifully commenced the Conclave by talking on ‘Leaders are dreamers’.

Dr. Sandeep Gandhi, CHRO, Aircel Maxis Group, further talked about life skills and mastering life as a whole and held an engaging session with the audience.

Mr. Rahul Maheshwari, founder, AAW Production, interacted with the audience on a personal level, sharing his life experiences and giving students guidance as to how to have a vision in life.

Mr. Pranav Poddar, DIRECTOR, SYENERGY ENVIRONICS LTD. enlightened the audience on the topic “IMPACT OF WORK PRODUCTIVITY ON THE EMPLOYEES”.

The panel discussion including Mr. Monis Shamsi, FOUNDER, YOUCAN FOUNDATION, and Mr. Jitender Panihar, HEAD HR, HEALTHKART, discussed about the role of HR in start-ups, how the Human Resource Management in start-ups is different than that of companies.

Mr. Amol Parashar shared his journey from being a student at IIT Delhi to being a teenage sensation and star at TVF. He engaged the crowd with a live interaction.
Through the Conclave, the HRD cell has been instrumental in cultivating awareness and resourcefulness, thus helping individuals take a step into building a deep-rooted foundation for success.
