International Conference on Mediation-2019 will conducted at Convention Centre University of Delhi and Umang Bhawan, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi on 6th April 2019 and 7th April April 2019. International Conference on Mediation is going to be organized in association with the (Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee) MCPC Supreme Court of India and ICSSR Government of India.
This two-day symposium will see Hon’ble Chief Justice Supreme Court of India and Chief Justice from different countries, Judges from Supreme Court of India and from various countries apex court Judges, Hon’ble High court judges from various High courts, High Commissioners and Ambassadors from different countries, Members from Harvard Mediation Centre, Singapore Mediation Centre, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), World Intellectual Property Organisation(WIPO)Arbitration and Mediation Center, World Mediation Organisation, Vice Chancellors, Judicial officers, officials from Government of India, PSUs RBI ,Banks and legal practitioners from different countries, industry experts and other essential stakeholders deliberate, stimulate research and establish a dialogue on dispute resolution through mediation.
Original articles are invited from around the globe on the theme of Mediation and active participation is solicited from legal luminaries, research scholars, advocates, professionals and students as well. Selected articles shall then be published in a peer-reviewed book bearing ISBN. The conference thus provides a coveted opportunity for all participants in keeping afloat and carrying forward a pertinent discussion on mediation as a rich alternative in the legal future.
